Beach House in Rehoboth Beach, DE

This property was quiet, easily accessible, and close to shops and restaurants on Route 1. It is a short drive to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. The house itself is very comfortable and has a large backyard and deck. It was a very relaxing home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location and quiet neighborhood, however be aware of carpet throughout home and allowing dogs. The good: - Location was 10-15 minutes to Rehoboth boardwalk- Deck was fantastic- AC could handle a 95 degree dayThe not great:- While the house did supply umbrellas / chairs / coolers - all of the above were in rough condition and some of the coolers were moldy- The bath and beach towels were also in rough condition, some of which were falling apart- The house wasn't well stocked on essentials, when we arrived there were no paper towels or laundry soap for the mandatory linen cleaning before checkoutThe horrible:- We knew we were taking a risk with a carpeted house that allows dogs, and perhaps we just got unlucky, however when we arrived the house was filled with the smell of dog urine. There was a large wet spot in the living room that appeared to be where the smell was coming from, we tried to clean and cover the smell with air freshners, to no avail, the smell lasted our entire long weekend stay. The carpet should be better cleaned after previous guests leave or should not allow dogs in the first place.

Wonderful place! So quiet and relaxing. It had everything we needed and so much more. So convenient to everything. Already booking our next stay there!

The property was perfect. It was within a 5 minute drive to the beach, outlets, and everything you can possibly need. The place was clean with a beautiful deck.

We really appreciated the pet friendly option. We were not fans of the air freshener used as it bothered by wife’s allergies. The beds were a bit soft for our tastes. A refresh on towels wouldn't be a bad thing either. Still a good value, close to everything, great communication with the host and would recommend to people coming to the area.

Location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Towels are provided, however, no wash cloths. Becareful on the back deck. Very slippery when wet. Needs power washed. Sliding glass door is hard to open and close and the front door is out of commission. Side door entry. The couches have been upgraded since the pictures were taken. Those were nice. There wasn't much laundry detergent for being asked to launder linens and towels used before departure.

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood and close to beaches. Enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood with my pup. Family joined for one day to celebrate a milestone birthday. Large deck and yard. Prop mgr was very responsive.

Quiet neighborhood and convenient and close to various amenities, beaches including Cape Henelopen, Gordon’s Pond and Rehoboth. The main screen door would close and you couldn’t use the front door. In master bathroom the tub was a little difficult to get in and out of due to the step.

We enjoyed our stay (myself, husband and dog) in June 2025.Pros - Great location, close to Coastal Highway; Great amenities, made use of Roku TV & DVDs. Plenty of sheets, pillow/cases, blankets. Allows pets.Cons - Only full size beds in each bedroomWish we had time to go crabbing or ride the bikes.

Great place convenient location to all the tourists attractions. Close to the beach. Not a bad place to rest and relax.

This property was perfect for our family including our dog. Neighborhood was quiet and so close to EVERYTHING. Easy drive to any restaurant, supermarket and outlets. Beach and boardwalk were easy to get to. Online pictures & descriptions were accurate. Property owner was great to deal with. I mistakenly booked wrong dates and he worked with me to correct. Can tell he takes pride in his beach house. Would definitely rent this property again.

Always love this property, big yard for dog with a firepit and always clean.

Scheduled to stay 3 nights. Left following 2nd night. Uncomfortable with the unclenliness, odor, presence of dark areas on the ceilings and lack of proper maintenance. Nice location. Poor maintenance.

Cozy beach house with a great fireplace! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was really nice! Property owner was fantastic with communication and really welcoming and quick to respond! Dana's place was very homey feeling and offered just what we needed for a near last minute trip!

We stayed for a long weekend. The neighborhood is nice. The screen door flops open & is inside the front door. The main bathroom toilet rocks in place.

Perfect home for bringing a dog to the beach!
