Stayed Sep 13, 2025The four of us had a delightful stay at this sweet property! We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked in and felt right at home in the coastal decor. The place was quiet, had very comfy beds, had all we needed to make delicious meals and was within minutes of our favorite places.We cannot wait to return!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024The cottage was clean, adequate utensils in kitchen for cooking, comfortable furniture and very firm mattresses. We have stayed in Beach Dreams location twice before. It is close to restaurants, shopping, beach and tourist attractions.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Very clean. Space was perfect for my husband & I. Everything was exactly as pictured The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the curtains in the bedrooms- they barely fit the windows & would have been nice if they had block out curtains. Everything else was great though.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024Very nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. The bedroom is a little tight. We just found it a little difficult with 2 couples and only 1 bathroom. Otherwise it is a nice property and I would highly recommend it.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We enjoyed our stay. This is a very cute beach cottage with many amenities. The clubhouse and pools are nice, too. I would just say that the bedrooms do not have blackout curtains, they are sheer and do not fit across the entire window, so the rooms do get quite bright when the sun comes up. This was tough especially with children who woke up with the sun. Otherwise just be aware you do need to provide your own sheets, towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), which can be difficult when traveling from out of town.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We loved our stay at this cottage. It was very clean and the perfect space for what we needed. We took advantage of the community pool in walking distance. The beach was also a quick drive. Definitely would recommend. We’re already planning when we can book again!

Stayed Sep 2, 2023The property was very nice and only issues was with the weather. Very hot and humid first week (ac had a hard time cooling it.)and rainy and hurricane second week. Had to check out early as storm was approaching. Did leave message for home owners but didn’t hear anything back. The location is excellent and the cottage is very cute.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023This beach cottage has a wonderful location in Wells - close to many beaches! It is clean and well-appointed. It has access to a large pool and hot tub. We had an excellent visit and will look to stay here again! Thank you!
