Pet Friendly Cabin
Cottage 9 is pet friendly for dogs
Up to two dogs allowed with a maximum of 100 lbs each
50 dollars for one dog and 85 dollars for two per stay
Dogs must remain leashed and cleaned up after
50 dollar fee applies if staff must remove pet waste
Pets in non pet friendly units incur a 250 dollar cleaning fee
Service animals as defined by the ADA are always permitted without fee
Emotional support animals are treated as pets and subject to the standard policy

Cleaning and Housekeeping
Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning or damages
For stays longer than 5 nights, complimentary towel and trash service available upon request
Full housekeeping may be scheduled for an additional fee

Parking

Additional vehicles require prior approval and are 10 dollars per day
Boat trailers must be parked in the designated field by the road
No parking on grass, roadways, or non designated areas

Check In and Check Out
Check in begins at 3:00 PM or later with self check in and keys waiting inside your cabin
Check out is at 11:00 AM
Early check in or late check out may be available with prior approval
50 dollar fee for noon checkout or half nightly rate until 5 PM

Guest Access
You’ll have private access to your cottage along with shared access to the pool, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and lakeside fire pit subject to Llano County burn bans.
Boat and jet ski slips are available for a small daily fee. Please ask for details before arrival.
