Stayed May 31, 2025Beautiful cottage, equipped with everything we needed, on a lovely farm. Very quiet with fabulous views. We were close to the swimming pool and games room which both proved very popular with our two year old grandson. So much space for him to run around as well and feeding the animals was fun and educational! Great week all round.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Lovely, well equipped cottage which comfortably accommodated our family group of 10 and a dog. The two separate lounges have everyone plenty of space and also catered for different TV preferences in the evenings! The pool and games room (pool, table football, table tennis, darts etc) were a welcome addition, and proved particularly useful when the weather wasn't great. The location was ideal - secluded enough enough for peace and quiet, and close enough to Kilkhampton for food shops and to Bude for the beach, restaurants and shopping. All in all, we had a great stay at Rose Cottage and would happily recommend it!

Stayed Nov 4, 2022No problem finding the property although it’s a little remote but we already expected that. A very nice indoor heated pool for us all to enjoy. The Rose cottage was ideal for our needs with everything we could possibly need to hand. I’d recommend this property to large families looking for fresh air, nice walks and a small taste of country life…..

Stayed May 21, 2022We stayed in Rose Cottage and it did not disappoint. It faced out towards the gorgeous countryside and the swimming pool and games room was located right outside which was ideal especially with 2 small children. The house itself was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

Stayed May 5, 2022A stunning location with superb facilities for all the family. Great house to relax in Andy was very quick replying with all information. The grandchildren really enjoyed feeding the animals a lovely experience for them. Lovely well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay at Rose cottage. The cottage was very clean and spacious. The shower pressure was powerful. Fully equipped kitchen and toddler items! Overall we loved our mini weekend getaway.
