This spacious townhome has been meticulously maintained and looks as if it was featured on the cover of Pottery Barn's Summer Issue. The main level boasts hand scraped hardwood flooring stretching throughout the airy living room and dining area;both are filled with tons of natural light! The kitchen is newly remodeled kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for morning cereal! Down the hall is a large bedroom with dual closets and full bathroom. The upper level has an elegant primary bedroom with extensive closet space, en-suite bathroom and great balcony overlooking the scenic pond. It is completed with a third bedroom, third full bathroom and laundry room. Additional features include a community pool, three bikes, sunset views and patio that is amazing for cookouts and entertaining guests.
