Baby Grand, Pet Friendly Cottage in Downtown Saugatuck

House was clean and well appointed... just as pictured. The location was an easy walk of a few blocks to get to all the shops and restaurants.

We were happy to return to Baby Grand for our annual fall trip to Saugatuck. We appreciate the comfortable beds and look forward to sleeping in all weekend. Love the beautiful outdoor space and were happy weather was warm enough to spend a few hours sitting outside in the sun to enjoy it all. Location is perfect, walk out the door and you are in the heart of downtown Saugatuck in less than 5 minutes.

The location of this home couldn't be more perfect. The home was equipped with everything we needed and very neatly organized and clean. This cottage didn't disappoint and the yard was beautiful. Highly recommend,

Lovely home with a beautiful yard. My husband and I brought our basset hound and cat and they both loved the fenced in yard and numerous patios/decks. The master bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to town and the waterfront and took lots of walks. Enjoyed curling up on the sofa to watch tv at night. Would return again

The home was very welcoming. Master bath was amazing with heated floors etc. The yard was beautiful. Property was extremely pet friendly. Totally fenced. Just minutes from shops and restaurants. Will be back for sure!Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the yard was absolutely perfect for our dog with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, yet tucked away on a quiet, peaceful street. The hosts were so kind and incredibly responsive, which made the whole experience seamless. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This is our third time staying here and it was great just like the other two times. Perfect location on a quiet street, yet so close to the downtown activities.

This is a beautiful home in a great location within Saugatuck. Our hosts were most gracious. The home is extremely well appointed with our hosts anticipating everything. I can't tell you home many times we would say I wish we had... and then realized that it was on premises already. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and all the gadgets you can imagine. With the home being only a few blocks from Butler Street, it was an easy walk downtown. The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Our hosts provided beach chairs and towels. The fenced-in garden area allowed our pets to wander around outside without fear that they would escape. The pictures didn't do the house justice as it is far more spacious than it appears. It far exceeded our expectations on all levels. We truly enjoyed our extended time here and can't wait to return.

We had a most wonderful stay at Baby Grand! The home is just lovely, and the hosts did a great job with design elements and nice touches. We especially enjoyed the beautifully maintained landscaping which made the outdoor space feel welcome and peaceful. Last note I want to add is our rental car broke down, which could’ve been a significant inconvenience for the hosts. They checked on us later in the day to make sure that we were safely on our way home. We really appreciated it!

This beautiful cottage was perfect for downtown walkability, comfort, space, yard (pups), and loaded with conveniences! The owners were very communicative and had everything ready for a hospitable stay, so thoughtful with all anyone might need :) We would def desire to stay here again if or when we make it back to saugatuck!

This is such a great rental. The house is all newly remodeled, and stocked with all kinds of amenities.The open floor plan was so nice. The kitchen was awesome for cooking. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

We had a great stay here! I traveled with my husband, baby (1.5 years old) & dog. We were very comfortable & really enjoyed the yard! There were high end touches throughout the home that made our stay that much better! We loved being a short walk to town. Will definitely stay here again!

Great vacation rental. Truly feels like someone’s home you are staying in. Well stocked for cooking, if desired. Very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Great master bathroom. Yard is very large, well manicured, great for relaxing. Our dog was a fan! Walkable to main part of town. There are stairs if you use the sidewalks to get to town, so with a stroller we did need to go onto the street briefly- but very quiet street, so not an issue. Would absolutely rent again!

Nestled on a tree-lined street, this charming cottage is just a short walk from the picturesque downtown of Saugatuck. Upon entering this beautifully furnished home, you'll find yourself surrounded by a soothing neutral palette and all the comforts of home—and then some! The owners have considered every detail! The backyard boasts a beautifully landscaped setting reminiscent of a park. and offers several lovely seating arrangements for curling up with a favorite book, enjoying a barbecue, or unwinding by the fire pit. Our visit to our favorite spot was wonderful, and discovering this hidden gem made it all the more special! We're eager to return soon! This was the perfect place for our annual mother-daughter trip. Our only (very minor complaint) is that the house seemed to get too warm at night.

We absolutely love staying at The Baby Grand in Saugatuck! We came in May for the 1st time and couldn’t wait to be back in the Fall! Darius & Suresh really have thought of everything. Fully stocked closets and cabinets, huge yard that are furbabies love, gorgeous neighborhood that’s close to everything, and they’re happy to chat with you anytime! We will come back again & again! 10/10 recommend!

Our favorite place for R&R is Baby Grand in Saugatuck. The house is always a welcome sight not only for its beautiful curb appeal, but also knowing what lies ahead inside: a beautiful and thoughtfully appointed home with every necessity and amenity imaginable. Darius and Suresh have thought of everything to make your stay as easy and relaxing as it can possibly be. We love coming every season of the year, knowing we will want for nothing.

We stayed for 4 days at the cottage and everything about the cottage was fantastic! We brought our dog and the yard is fully fenced in, so we could let him run around off the leash without worry. The cottage itself was very clean and very nice, and the owners were extremely quick to respond to the one question we had. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck made it super easy to walk into town whenever we wanted. All in all, I can’t say enough good about this cottage!

This is our second stay here and we look forward to future stays. This home is a peaceful oasis that is walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and ice cream. The yard is big and fenced in, the BBQ grill works great. The house is well stocked and well kept. We bring our dog, and he loves hanging out in the yard, walking in the neighborhood and downtown, and exploring the numerous parks in Holland, Saugatuck, and Douglas.

Perfect property in close proximity to everything! The yard is amazing and the host did a fanatic job creating an inviting space that includes everything you need to prepare meals. Wonderful stay in a beautiful home; highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was fantastic! My favorite part was the backyard- so well landscaped and inviting to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine. Very clean inside. The bathrooms were all updated and beautiful. Would stay here over and over again!

Very nice and immaculately kept. First class amenities and location is impossible to beat.we walked to dinner every night. Quiet tree lined street with a peaceful outdoor space. We loved it and can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck. The house is beautiful and was very clean. It’s an easy walk to downtown Saugatuck short drive to oval Beach.

Wow - what a home. I just can't say enough about this place. Clear, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is provided - especially in the kitchen. Any utensil, cookware, and appliance you need, they have it. We made frequent use of: Grill Microwave Coffee Maker (cone filters) Oven Dishwasher Tea percolator ...and everything was perfect. It's a short walk to Uncommon Coffee Roasters, where we went every morning. Central AC keeps you cool when needed, and the outside - good gracious, beautiful. 10/10. We are already planning our return trip.

Each visit to Baby Grand just gets better, with something new to enjoy each time. We've stayed in many different months of the year, but the yard in Summer is something to behold. Waking up to the flowers and natural beauty of the private, quiet yard makes a beautiful way to start each day. You'll want to return again and again.
