This casita was so comfortable, well appointed, and excellent kitchen supplies. The beds are very comfortable. The small, open kitchen/living area is very comfortable.

This cozy, comfy place was just right for my stay in Santa Fe for a wedding! Plenty of room for just me, as well as able to accommodate my son and his gf for a night. The kitchen was well-equiped, bed/bedding comfortable, quiet neighborhood and a quick walk into dt. The host, Anna, responsive and helpful.

The space was perfect for our girls weekend! It had everything we needed and then some. The host was communicative and kind and made everything easy. I loved all the authentic New Mexico decor and art throughout the property. No IKEA stuff at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Super quiet location in an older neighborhood. Felt like an authentic Santa Fe experience. Beds were very comfortable and the little house was well-stocked in bath and kitchen including some good coffee. Ice trays in freezer. Were able to enjoy the courtyard in the morning since it didn’t rain. Cracked the windows for passive cooling in early September. Did not use gas heater or evaporative cooler since was comfortable without it and the use of ceiling fans. Lots of tables, chairs and places to spread out. Convenient to downtown and railway area. Fun outdoor brewery not too far and we enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. Very spacious for 2 people. Would stay agan!

First the good part...the location is excellent. Was easy walking to Santa Fe Plaza, about 1/2 mile. The unit is tucked back in a dead-end courtyard, so it's very quiet & private. Off street parking was a bonus. The downside is that it's a very tiny unit. The listing says it sleeps 3 or 4 people, but I was very glad we were just a party of 2. Trying to have 4 people relax & enjoy the living area would have been uncomfortably tight. The photos are over-generous in their depiction of size. The property is an older one, and while its condition was certainly acceptable, some cosmetic issues could use a freshening up. For example, the caulk in the tub/shower was stained & due for a replacement.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this special space. Anna was quick and helpful with her responses. The place was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our family who likes to walk, including to downtown, to Whole Foods, and to the Railyard area. The included parking spot was also very convenient when we were ready to head out hiking - if you have children, the Audubon Society area just beyond Canyon Road is a must. We would return to this casita on a future trip for sure!

The house was in good shape and well stocked (my daughter was very impressed that there were makeup washcloths!). It was a comfortable place to relax with the family during our time in Santa Fe, and the location was great. The owners were quick to respond to questions and concerns, which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this house as a great little vacation spot in this beautiful town.

We are walkers, so this cute little casita was perfect for us as we could walk to just about everywhere. The casita suited our needs in every aspect. Thanks to Anna for help in getting us to the unit as there was street construction that made it confusing. The parking wasn’t ideal, and I was glad I had a fairly small car. But, that is Santa Fe. The casita was very clean and well-stocked. We loved our stay!

Anna was the perfect hostess and stayed in touch with us before our check-in due to a road closing She gave us two options to check in and even the contact name and number of the neighbor. We love touring Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and towels. And especially love the outdoor patio with table and chairs for our downtime.

A cozy two room Adobe. It has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. It is in walking distance of the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner is super communicative and willing to help solve any problems. From the pictures it is difficult to tell that it is located on a short dirt road passing several other small dwellings. It's also the third back property and it's own lot at the end of the road. However, the directions are accurate and finding the place is easy. Would stay again!

The property was perfect for our needs. Came from Durango for IFAM w/ my college girlfriend. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, walkable location. Had occasion to need support from the property owner and she was easy to connect with. Book with confidence.

This cottage was situated perfectly for those seeking a convenient blend of outdoor adventure (biking, hiking, running) and walkable access to downtown. Very easy and close access to trails and the downtown plaza. The cottage had all of the amenities we desired; appliances, coffee, ample dish-wares/cutlery, and a cooling system that kept it very comfortable during the heat of the day. The only drawback for our party of 4 was the compact space/furniture layout which made for difficult gear storage for things we preferred not to leave in the car. Overall, would still recommend this space.

Charming little adobe. Very clean and tidy. Loved the outside patio. Close to downtown, we walked to the Plaza every day. A great little brewery nearby for an evening drink and chat. Perfect for our stay in Santa Fe. Lovely!
