We booked this for 2020 so it was a long time coming. But it was totally worth it. We are regular visitors to Norfolk but never stayed in Burnham Market. What a lovely village! Arch cottage is a lovely traditional cottage but with modern decor and everything you might need. We were 3 adults and a child. The weather was amazing so we sat in the gorgeous little garden a lot. There is a great park in easy walking distance. All the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well equipped.

Lovely, deceptively spacious cottage, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Burnham Market. Great playground a short walk from the house. Garage appreciated in busy Burnham Market. No complaints!

The conservatory and garden at Arch Cottage were a godsend in the extremely hot weather we had during our stay. Not having a smart tv at home, I couldn't understand how it worked - further instructions for backward people like me, would be helpful. Main problem was the key lockbox. Quite fiddly to open on arrival, and on leaving, impossible to get it to shut. Had to contact the office ( no reply till we were half way home) and the cleaning team who told us to put key through letterbox. The lockbox needs looking at.

We had a lovely 5 week stay in Arch Cottage, the wood burner is very homely, the kitchen was large and really well equipped. We enjoyed the garden room and lovely cottage garden. Only a two minute walk in to the centre of Burnham with all it has to offer.

We immediately felt at home when we arrived in Arch Cottage. It was warm and cosy and spotlessly clean, newly decorated with modernised bathrooms and an excellent heating system. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the gifts and the Christmas decorations that had been left for our arrival. The bed linens and towels were of a high standard which contributed to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our week. Having a parking space was a welcome bonus. I felt the owners were thoughtful about considering extra touches to ensure their guests had all that was necessary for a comfortable stay.

Nice cottage, good location. We were two couples, so plenty of room. Parking was a problem as Burnham Market very busy, and very difficult to find off road spaces, so often had to pay to park in public car park. Neither of our cars would fit in the garage with the cottage. The lounge was comfortable but quite dark, had to have lights on whenever using. Enjoyable stay.

Lovely Cottage ideal bolt hole for exploring West Norfolk. Cleaning issues sorted out following day, as was the rude neighbour. Cottage very comfortable with everything you need. Would stay again.
