Stayed Aug 17, 2024The place is located in a very nice rural property, where you can enjoy nature, but not far from groceries and restaurants and a well located place to travel to the coast. The manager is very nice. The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed the evening and breakfast on the terrace.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Online listing location is COMPLETELY WRONG! Owner knows this and has not remediated the situation. Map pin shows up as in town in Ursurbil. Property is actually several km out of town and shows up in Google Maps as Casa Rural Ibarrola Txiki. Owner send us a direct WhatsApp inside 24hrs to arrival time, rather than any communications through booking systems. Didn’t see the message from an unknown sender (looked like spam) and spent 1.5hrs driving around in the dark trying to find the property. Not impressed.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Lovely apartment with large bedrooms and good beds. A large covered terrace where you can sit outside and eat. Very friendly hosts. The house is located in quiet and rural surroundings.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Wonderful apartment . Beautiful setting, clean apartment , balcony is a great space to eat and sit . easy to get to San Sebastian by train . Only issue was finding the apartment , the map on the website and address do not go near the property . We called the owner who sent us the location and then it was easy to find
