Such a great place! Close to so many things! Great restaurants, hiking trails, and I was finally able to go to the Wander North Georgia outdoors store! The host was great and put a lot of care into little details around the house. I highly recommend!

Pictures don’t do this property justice. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. All the comforts of home, so close to town, it’s the perfect location. Communication with the owner was seamless and fast.

Just a perfect home away from home, we loved everything about the place and the host is what i would call The Perfect Host . She didnt missed anything that we will needed to be comfortable on our stay, which i really appreciated. I am looking forward to our next visit to the area before the year is over and this will is definitely our go to place

Location was good and stores were nearby. The cabin itself was beautiful and cozy. Really enjoyed the layout of it. The whole cabin was clean however the fridge reaked of fish and that smell made its way into everything we put in it. Also, would’ve liked to see a better equipped kitchen. Overall stay was solid aside from the smell.

This was a wonderful place to rest, relax and call home for a few days. Thanks!

Lovely little home and it was perfect for a little getaway :)

Everything was very clean and nice. We were close to many restaurants and fun things to do. We were able to pick apples and visit several waterfalls.

I really enjoyed staying at the Cozy Rose at would definitely rent again. Tanya was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is a very quiet location even though it's so close and convenient to everything!

The Cozy Rose just might be my favorite VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was just what we needed and worked perfectly for our family. Very clean and absolutely adorable - just like the photos show. The grill outside and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a home cooked meal one night. And the location was perfect for heading downtown for shops and restaurants. Really appreciated Tanya’s recommendations for places to explore nearby. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This place was lovely, extremely quiet, exactly as advertised, and very very clean and neat. Loved the front porch and wooded view across the street. I decided backing slowly into the driveway was the best option--take it slow because the driveway is a bit narrow. 4-5 steps to get onto the front porch. Lovely town and Lovely home.

The location is wonderful, close to the market, downtown, tons of food options. The home was very clean and equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed our time there. That being said, we did feel the owner was not very Friendly. Weeks before arriving, she messaged me about ensuring my children

Perfect location for motorcycle riders doing the new Chattahoochee BDRX look. Property is less than a mile to the center of Clayton, which has some great restaurants and shops. The house is also only a few miles from the Georgia Adventure Off-Road trail. The home was super clean and worked out great for us. Tanya is an excellent host!

Near downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Home photos and description accurate. Would rent again.
