Watch boats pass by on the water from the furnished and covered front porch of this adorable Port Orchard cottage. While staying at this cozy retreat, you'll not only have access to a private, rocky beach right across the road, but you'll also be just a few miles north of all the shops and restaurants found along Mile Hill Drive and conveniently close to several county and state parks.
While compact, the full kitchen has everything you need to brew your morning coffee, reheat yesterday's leftovers, or prepare full-course dinners from scratch. Dine shoulder-to-shoulder at the breakfast bar or settle into the sunlit dining room with a table for four - perfect for rainy day board games!
Sink into the sofa in the living area, or head out into the front yard, get a fire going in the firepit, and watch the stars come out over the waterway.
This home also has a private washer/dryer to let you pack light and stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

The place was really cute. However, there was literally no hot water. Upon realizing that, I had to be moved to another property. It was pretty inconvenient, though the property management company was responsive and helpful.
We stayed here for 20 days. I would recommend this one to a friend. I would tell them don’t be fooled though, it’s a cleaned up shack with a great water view. For less than $100/night it’s a winner. The owner recently cleaned up everything in the place so it’s not junkie, just a little funky. The bedroom door has not been put back (it’s sitting in the entry way), the door locks are all junk (unsafe really) and should be replaced and some of the electrical outlets should not be used. The back door lock uses a 1x4 piece of wood for the lock to clip into. I asked Vacasa to put me in touch with the owner and they said just tell them and they would let the owner know….I felt that would be a bad way to do it since Vacasa had already failed me twice on this one. I had contacted them on day one regarding the Roku TV remote and finally they got back to me on day nine (after I had bought my own). Bottom line here, it’s a great water view deal if you’re OK putting up with funky stuff.
This place was advertised on bainbridge island, its not. Was there to visit family there. Ruined my whole trip.
