Stayed Jan 6, 2023My partner & I stayed with some old friends and all of our kids for just a couple of nights. It was better than the pictures… a classic cozy cottage, a bit old school with just enough modern amenities. The wood stove was great, cozy living room, really enjoyed the large harvest style table for meals & playing games. Had an outdoor fire, and some lovely jaunts to the outdoor sauna ! The beds were comfortable. In terms of sleeping quarters, the rooms have minimal separation (ie, our girls slept right above our head in the loft, which is open to the king bedroom) so I recommend staying with good friends/family. Thoroughly enjoyed our time, would love to revisit in the summer, as the lake is right there, and such beautiful surroundings.

Stayed Aug 28, 2022I would highly recommend this cottage. The owners were great to deal with and the property was exactly as described. We brought 4 teens and a 9 year old , so we were a bit nervous . All 7 of us give it a thumbs up.
