Stayed Jan 31, 2026Comfortable apt with access to W/D. Take your own paper/kitchen supplies because minimal amt provided. Bed was comfortable but wooden base projects far out from bed ( see picture on site), resulting in a couple of bruised shins. LOUD traffic noise, even through the night (outside bedroom window). Beautiful view of the bay from the dock in the back yard. Short driving distance to downtown shops and beach

Stayed Dec 24, 2021The cottage was comfy & clean. Less than 5 min from Manasota key & the beaches. We had a great stay. And Jason was very responsive.

Stayed Nov 29, 2021I explored the surrounding areas on my SUP and it is within a few miles of multiple great launches plus you can launch right off the back of the property. It is easy to walk many places and only 1.5 miles from Englewood beach with its daily yoga classes. Perfect spot. I had a few questions at check in and they were answered immediately. There is a busy street out front but so little traffic at night you don’t hear it.
