Adorable Cottage New Buffalo, Mi. Near Grand Beach.1 Bedroom, Sleeps 5

Jan was so nice and easy to work with with all my many questions. Fireplace was my favorite because we stayed during the snow apocalypse of 2026. We look forward to another visit during warmer weather to experience the yard. House stayed toasty even if the fireplace wasn't going. I do advise as someone who is a bit particular on cookware and if you're planning to cook most meals while staying it wouldn't hurt to bring just a few pots and pans. Not saying what they have wouldn't work for a couple's weekend. I'm a cast iron pan/skillet by preference so no offense intended. Regardless we loved the stay.

Jan and Den are the most gracious of hosts. They were also extremely interesting and easy to talk to. We loved touring their compound and were blown away by all the beautiful and creative aspects] of the homestead. We felt very special when Wisteria Cottage burst into full bloom overnight--just for us. Our brief stay was delightful and we feel as if we have made new friends!!

The Wisteria Cottage is a sweet retreat with screened porch, outside patio, grill and fire pit. The house is surrounded by flower gardens and is beautifully furnished for all to enjoy

Very quaint home with a beautiful yard of flowers and a cute little pond. With a really cool pergola and screened in porch. Conveniently located between New Buffalo and Michigan City.

We had a wonderful time! House was great, definitely hope to stay again. Plenty of different beaches to explore so close by some in walking distance. Jan was so very helpful, kind and responsive! The flowers were beautiful and much enjoyed while ending our day with a fire.

Spent a weekend with my adult daughter. Lovely and comfortable home. The back yard and deck and screened porch are very nice places to be. Easy to get everywhere. Jan was incredibly friendly. We will stay there again.

Wisteria Cottage was a cute house with beautiful landscaping and a nice screened in back porch. It’s location was good for going to wineries, the dunes, and lake activities.

My mom and I enjoyed the beautiful landscaping . We spent a lot of time under the beautiful wisteria, enjoying the beautiful scent. Jen is a wonderful host, showing us around the property and leaving lots of snacks for us to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We would love to come back next year!

It was a nice getaway place for our anniversary! A peaceful cottage with the town & beach only minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay, but will probably not stay there again. We thought it was 5 blocks to the lake & not even close. Also, we didn't feel comfortable using the 2 bicycles on the the 4 lane busy highway the house was on. Nice but probably wouldn't go back.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the enclosed porch and the beautiful surrounding garden. The sleeping quarters was tight but were able to navigate through it. We would recommend it for any couple looking for a quick get away. It is a little tight for families, especially with the sleeping arrangements and one bathroom. Other than that... Absolutely amazing.

Dropped the kids at camp and headed to New Buffalo for a nice couple of days at the Wisteria Cottage. Jan was a wonderful host! She communicated very well with us before arrival, The house was wonderful, the yard absolutely gorgeous, and we had a wonderful stay.met us at the house, and showed us around.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The cottage was very clean and cozy. The beautiful landscaping added an extra pleasure to our stay. The hosts were amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!! Highly recommend the hosts and the cottage!

My husband and I were in the area for a weekend getaway. The house is immaculately kept. Very cozy little home. The garden and back porch are lovely-a great place to drink morning coffee or read. Located minutes from everything. Excellent communication from the host. I'd give more than 5 stars if i could! Highly recommend this place.

This is a very cute little cottage! Nice and cozy and has everything you need! It is right off of the highway so really convenient to get to. There is a train that goes by out front but, the house is surrounded with beautiful landscaping and plants and it’s like you’re in your own little world inside the home and out in the back of the house. The back has a small little pond with a water fountain, a nice deck and screened in porch that overlooks the pretty garden/patio area with a fire pit, grill, table with umbrella, & 2 bikes! So cute and cozy. We stayed for our anniversary. It’s a great place for a couple to be comfortable and relaxed!
