It's approximately 450 ft.² and has one bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. It has beautiful bamboo flooring, quartz countertops in the kitchen and a beautifully tiled walk in shower. It also has a new mini split A/C system that is super quiet and keeps the temperature very comfortable. There is parking for two cars directly next to the home (in between the home and the park.)
The home has a fully stocked kitchen so that you can cook while you're away from home. There's also a Keurig coffee maker with pods. There are plenty of linens and bedding. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer pretty much everything you need other than maybe food :-)

100% kudos to the able & caring hostess for her hand-written notes,Gerber Daisy's, local chocolates. House was beyond fully stocked withTechnology and supplies. Hot water,Bose Speaker. Laundry, park view, walk to Riverwalk Farmer's Market.Close to OSU, Concert Center and good restaurants.
