Adorable Beachy Cottage in the heart of Mission Beach! Close To EVERYTHING!

Cute place in a great location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance.

Garage space is extremely tight and should be mentioned if renting a vehicle. Ensuring the garage door opener or key pad work (key pad had dead batteries and door opener worked sporadically). Minimal to make your stay feel homie (I.e. extra blankets and pillows).

We stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip. The house was perfect for a couple and the location was fantastic, it was close enough to walk to the beach or the bay but be out of the way of heavy foot traffic. We enjoyed the front patio every morning and evening, shade and a nice breeze from the bay. The garage was a bit tight even for our smaller suv, but it did fit and we could still access the beach gear that was in there. The fact that there was AC was fantastic, after a day at the beach AC feels great. We were able to walk right over and eat something without driving anywhere, but the grocery was only 2 miles away if you like to cook in house. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the cottage was everything we imagined it to be! Our expectations were exceeded & we cannot wait to stay again! The cottage is perfect for our small family, plus two dogs. The accommodations were very clean. The location was perfect for us to be able to walk along the bay or to the beach!

Weather was rainy and cool, but our cottage was cozy and warm! Location was good for beach walking and getting to places in San Diego, LaJolla, Pacific Beach and Ocean BeachWould recommend this host/property.

Perfect for our weekend getaway!

This home was perfect! Had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and futon. The owner left the cutest message on the kitchen board for our family and fur-babies. The owner made us feel welcomed. She also left my fur-babies treats and dog bowls. The home also had many usable items for the beach. It came with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. It was a perfect home close and walking distance to the beach, bay area, belmont park, shops and restaurants. The owner was also fast with communication and was very kind. I recommend this home 10/10.

The cottage is in the perfect location! Steps from the bay, blocks from the beach and Belmont Park and close to so many restaurants. It had everything you would need including rentable bikes, SUPs and a kayak. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the front patio. Garage was a bonus. Karin and Mark were easy to work with and very accommodating. Easy check in and check out process.

We picked this property since it had a garage & our 2021 Ford Explorer fit! The kitchen was like I was at home - it had anything and everything a person could want! We loved the neighborhood.
