Across The Street From #1 Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this “little gem” of a cottage! It is very comfy, cozy, and convenient to beach and the village (both a 10 minute walk) .. not lacking a thing for a little getaway! We hope to go back someday.

Would definitely come back! It really is that close to the beach and siesta village and the cottage itself is very nice and cozy.

Very nicely decorated property with a very responsive owner. Close to the beach with equipment for all day beach fun. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and bars without a vehicle. Clean location.

It was a perfect location to beach and village. Bonus for being pet friendly.

This property is CLEAN and the location is perfect! Right across the street from Siesta Beach and a couple blocks from Siesta Village. Bikes were available for us to use, and honestly, you don't need a car to get around anywhere on the island. My mom and I brought our dogs for a girls trip and we cannot say enough good things about the host and the property. Dave was excellent with communication, helped us when we had questions, and had the place stocked with all of the essentials. Laundry facilities on site are convenient as well. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back to Siesta Key to stay at Siesta Shores!

Was a fantastic stay! Perfect location. Traffic noise can be pretty bad on Friday and Saturday nights but it does eventually die down.Dave was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had.Easy walk to the restaurants and shops and steps to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for an excellent mom & daughter trip!

This was by far the best VRBO I've stayed in. I stayed for a full week. The place was in great condition and looked better than in the pictures.The host was very helpful and communication was easy.The location was awesome, very close to the beach and an easy walk to town. It was very quiet, even over the weekend. It was really just what I needed and more than I expected. Thanks Dave!

So close to beach and village. We took advantage of the bikes, wagon, beach chairs and cooler. Bed was so comfy, had everything we needed and it was so cute-even nicer than pics! We def want to come back!

This is the cutest place ever! It has everything you need, they gave great thought about their guests. The location is perfect. It is across the street from the beach entrance 7. It is a short walk to the village. This is not our first time there. We love it and so does our dog!

The host was very inviting and helpful. The beach house was an easy walk to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially enjoy riding the bikes provided by the host! It is the perfect place for a couple!

great location. extremely clean spacious. close to the beach. dave the owner extremely detailed oriented. every thing you need while away from home you have it . i have been in the same place and every time i love it. the owner 5 stars and his communication is excellent. thanks million for everything.

Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close.

We stayed at this cottage for a week in March 2025. The cottage was right across the street from the beach and just a couple blocks from the center of town with many restaurants and stores. We didn’t have to drive the entire week; everything we needed was within walking distance. The cottage itself was very clean and well stocked with bath/beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There is cable TV in the living room and bedroom. Dave even checked in with us at the beginning and end of the week to make sure we weren’t having any issues with anything. I would consider staying at this cottage again in the future. Overall a much better experience than staying at a hotel since Dave provides beach chairs and bikes to use.

Cute beach cottage across street from beach access. It is a little noisy as is right on beach drive but traffic died down by 10-11 pm. Place is equipped well. Only thing it didn't have that we would have used is a toaster.

We enjoyed this little duplex near the beach and close to town. Very clean and comfortable! There is some street noise day and night. Our neighbor's dog barked all the time (not our VRBO owner's fault, but still annoying). A few more expected amenities would have made the stay even better: hand towels, shampoo, wastebasket, floor mat needed in the bathroom. A warmer blanket for the bed, and a throw for the couch would have been nice. Nice place for two people. We really liked this place!
