EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION, LOVELY HOUSE WITH WRAP AROUND LAWNED GARDEN, FULLY ENCLOSED, AND SO SAFE FOR MY DOG - THE PROPERTY WAS WELL EQUIPPED, AND CLEAN, THE LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM ARE RATHER DATED, BUT WE SOLELY USED THE ROOMY CONSERVATORY, ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE TV COULD HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED IN THERE, BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY, AND OWNER WAS CARING AND SO HELPFUL, GETTING OUT OF THE EXIT LANE WAS RATHER TRICKY, AS RESTRICTED VIEW OF TRAFFIC COMING EACH WAY Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Very quiet and peaceful away from everything. The house was clean and well appointed with very comfortable beds. The gardens are lovely and as we had such nice weather we ate all meals in the gardens, usually with a visit from the cows adding to the rural feel. Sian the owner was very accommodating and welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a great week at Isfryn. The house is in a really good location for exploring North Wales. Anglesey, Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay were an easy drive away. (Getting out of the drive is a little dodgy as it's awkward to see if anything is coming). It was very peaceful and on a clear night you could see thousands of stars, more than anywhere we've been before. The house itself is comfortable, quite old fashioned, but we liked that. The beds were really comfy and it was spacious with a fantastic (but noisy) shower. The conservatory was a lovely room and we were lucky with good weather so could sit outside in the garden. I'm not sure I'd want to visit in Winter as it was chilly on an evening and we had to take an electric fire into the living room. The DVD player was a bit hit and miss too. We had a problem with putting coins in the meter and the owner came down straight away and sorted it out, (although we probably didn't need to put any more in as there was £10 in to start with), she also popped in with some Welsh cakes for us which were lovely. Criccieth is a very nice little town, with one of the most scenic beaches I've seen. We went to Dylan's a couple of times (dog friendly) and The Goat Inn up the road was excellent and also dog friendly. I would definitely recommend it, so long as you're not expecting all mod cons.
