“A” Beachy Keen Cottage! Just Steps From Indian Rocks Beach!

Everything was great!!

Paulas cottage was spotless. I wear white socks indoors, the truest test. It was very tastefully decorated, all of the amenities you could possibly need were there. Every pillow, and there were many, also linen and blankets, were of fine quality. A great location, closer to the beach than I thought, with a full supply of beach equipment and 2 nice bikes. Enjoy!!

We absolutely loved our stay at A Beachy Keen Cottage! Steps away from the beach, yet still on a quieter road. Great restaurants in walking distance also!

I stay in this house was perfect . The house was very clean and well appointed top quality furniture and kitchen items. The only problem was the weather, but I don’t think VRBO can do anything about that will try again another time.

What a sweet cottage get away! So close to everything. You can literally walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and coffee shops! The host was wonderful and responded quickly! The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed!

Nice clean little house just 1 block away (less than 5 min walk) from the beach. Loved the fact that beach items (umbrella, chair, cooler, wagon...) were available to use. Made the stay at the beach so much smoother and easy.I greatly recommend it.

Only thing we can say is “Perfect”. Great location, fantastic house that is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to get our toes in the sand. Walking distance to bars, ice cream, coffee, and multiple restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of pillows on the beds, and tons of beach equipment in the shed. Communication was everything. We needed for nothing. House was even better than the listing.

This was the first time that we stayed in a VRBO and it was fantastic. The house was very close to the beach and all of the areas that we frequent in Indian Rocks beach. Check in was very easy, hot tub was clean and kept at a nice temperature. The house had everything necessary for a beachy stay.

Great house and owner, she was available if needed. The house was newly renovated and has upgraded appliances which were great to use. The kids loved having bikes to use around the block and going to the park. It was walking distance to the local cafe, ice cream shop, and surf souvenir shops which the kids loved. Would highly recommend staying at the Beachy Keen Cottage!! Bonus, we got to see some sea turtle nests on Indian Rocks Beach! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This house is so adorable with its beach decor and decorations. It’s located just a block away from Indian Rocks beach and has a beach bar restaurant and other stores in walking distance. I highly recommend this perfect beach getaway!

Definitely what we were looking for

We loved our stay at the “A” Beachy Keen Cottage. It is the cutest house and literally the fifth house from the beach. There are a few shops and places to eat within walking distance. Hurricane Eddies which is super close had a great vibe and the appetizers/food was good. The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. Paula was very quick to answer all my questions. The only downfall was the people smoking pit behind us and it made the master bathroom smell like pot. Thanks you for sharing your beautiful cottage!!!!

We enjoyed our first beach trip to Indian Rocks! We will definitely be back! The location was a close walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and an ice cream shop! Thank you for a great beach vacation!

Loved our stay!

Every amenity available inside and out to enjoy our stay, and wonderful communication with Paula, our host. Beach access was very convenient and allowed for wonderful sunset walks! Just wish we could have extended our visit to take advantage of all that is offered. Looking forward to our return stay!

Great location! One block from beach. Host provided all the beach necessities including chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, & boogie boards. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops & ice cream. And then you can relax at night in the hot tub. We loved our stay!

Cute cottage at a great location. The extra amenities were great too for a beach day. Hurricane Helene shortened our stay quite a bit but communication with the host remained great

You can't beat this location for an Indian Rocks Beach rental! Walk across the street and you are at the (never too crowded) beautiful beach. They provide a wagon that you can load up with chairs, floats, umbrellas, towels, toys and coolers, all provided! Walking distance from great restaurants, bars, ice cream, and rental shops. We borrowed their 2 bikes for a cruise through the neighborhood to find the town park including free: Playgrounds, Tennis & Pickle Ball courts, Basketball court, fields, skate park, library abd art center. The rental even has tennis rackets, just bring your own can of balls. Did I mention this is one of very few rentals with a private outdoor heated jacuzzi? Bonus! This was our second stay at Beachy Keen. We stayed in B last year and A this year. Both are very nice.
