< 8 Mi to Old Town: Condo w/ Community Perks!

This was the second time we have stayed at this condo. It is centrally located in eastern Scottsdale at the 101 and Shea, handy to many attractions. There is a greenway with a walking/bicycling path and children’s playground within easy walking distance. One of the complex’s three pools is heated and one of the hot tubs is just steps from the front door of the condo. The condo is tastefully appointed and the owner, Terri, was very helpful and promptly took care of any issues that came up. Our daughters and two toddler grandsons spent part of the time with us and the three bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) accommodated us well.

This property is well-cared for and is centrally located in west Scottsdale near the 101 and Shea. A greenway for walking and cycling is next door. One of the three pools is heated and one of the three hot tubs is just steps from the front door. Terri, the owner, was very responsive to questions and issues. This the second time that we stayed here and we hope to come back again.

Property had all the amenities our family needed. Comfortable and spacious. It's is tucked in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to pretty much everything. Would stay again. Thanks.

Quiet location

Walking path right out the back door, every thing you need within walking distance. Very clean and roomy place.

Lovely experience, perfect location !

This condo was clean, well-maintained and nicely appointed. It is well located near the I-101, Shea Blvd. and a greenway for walking or cycling. The complex has 3 pools (one heated, although it was under repair when we were there) and hot tubs, one of each just steps from the condo. The Internet quit working while we were there, and the owner promptly called the provider and got it restored. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall this property was VERY nice, clean and conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that it was a little tough getting in touch with the property contact. I still don’t know if it was possible, but we were hoping we could get a second key so that half of our party could swim while the other half could access the walking paths. We found ways to do both, but would’ve been a lot more convenient having a second key. Hopefully this can be addressed. Overall it didn’t affect our trip. Again, I think anyone would really enjoy this property and all it has to offer.

Wonderful place to stay! We only had a few minor issues and Terry was very responsive and the light was fixed within a reasonable timeframe. Kiddos enjoy main level living, we found the one heated pool but each pool has a hot tub so that was nice. Very close to multiple restaurants, hiking and golfing!!!
