5 Star New cottage in Old Seagrove. Small heated pool. Close to beach!

We had such a lovely stay here in Old Seagrove. The house is beautifully designed with high ceilings that make the space feel open despite the smaller footprint. Everything was incredibly well stocked. I truly didn’t need a thing, which made it feel effortless and relaxing. The back porch and patio are such a highlight, especially the soak pool, perfect for unwinding after the beach. Great location, close to everything but still quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had 6 people staying and there was ample seating for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The decor was adorable. The back porch and pool area was so nice. Unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t have as much time as I would have liked to enjoy it.

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage! The host was communicative, getting in the house was easy, and the house was marvelous! The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked to have lots of cooking necessities. The back porch and outdoor conversation area were the best spots! I enjoyed sitting on the swing bed while visiting and reading. We enjoyed dipping our legs in the cocktail pool, too!The location is great! We walked to Seaside for dinner and breakfast. It was easy to walk to the beach as well. Might be weird to mention, but the toilet paper was the good stuff, not the stiff institutional paper you get in some rentals! The cottage was well decorated and was just a nice place to relax. We throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

This is a charming cottage within walking distance of Seaside. Our family of 6 were so impressed at how well thought out were guest comforts which included thick beach towels and blanket throws for these cool evenings. The beds were all comfortable, including the kids bunks. The screened back porch with the day bead swing was a hit with everyone, as was the heated pool. Our host was awesome…loved it!

I cannot express how beautiful, charming, and convenient this sweet cottage is. It’s 5 minutes from the the Seaside square via bike or car and a 7 minute walk to the beach. The house is outfitted beautifully with very upscale furnishings and touches. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are SUPER comfortable, and the backyard pool gets great morning and midday sun. The screened in back porch swinging bed was my favorite. During an afternoon shower, it was the ideal spot for a cat nap. I cannot wait to return.

Super clean house on a quiet street with a wonderful backyard. Perfect for a small group. Roughly an 8 minute walk to public beach access, and roughly a 12 minute walk to the square. Host is extremely communicative and accommodating. Not a single complaint about our stay - 5 stars across the board. We will be back!

Cyndi's place was immaculately clean and larger than the photos even make it seem. We traveled with four adults and three littles (4 year old, 2 year old, 1 year old) and had plenty of room. The outdoor patios/pool were perfect to relax after getting the kids to bed. Cyndi's communication was excellent - always responding quickly and also proactively checking in via text to make sure everything was going well. It was an easy walk into Seaside. We found the walk to the Live Oak beach access a little bit quicker, easier and more shaded than the walk to Dogwood Thyme. Took us about 8 minutes to get to Live Oak hauling a wagon with beach equipment and the kids. We were very happy with this rental and would absolutely stay again if we return to this area.

From the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels for the pool/beach, and numerous places to gather on front/rear porch and pool area….you’ll love this newly constructed cottage! Booked this property for a weekend getaway with a few friends. We were all so pleased!! The first thing I noticed was the impeccable cleanliness. Cyndi is very easy to reach, and provided so much helpful information during our short trip. The distance to the square is perfect. The house feels private, peaceful, and reserved, but it’s so easy to get anywhere. The beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, and decor beautiful! Beach access was also incredibly easy which can be a feat in this area. Overall this is an unbeatable location, house, and price. Will be returning as soon as I can!

The cottage was the perfect size for our girls trip. Very clean with everything you needed to just relax and enjoy the scenery!

We had the absolute best time at this property! It is beautifully appointed and was the perfect spot for our family of five. We enjoyed the cozy interior spots as well as the screened-in back porch and back deck. The cocktail pool was a great place to unwind after busy days. The location is ideal. We were tucked away from the busy hub of Seaside, but both the beach and town were an easy walk away. We definitely want to return to this gem!

We had an amazing stay. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The small pool was perfect for our kids. We could walk to all the restaurants in seaside in 15 minutes and to the beach in the same amount of time. It was a 10/10 experience and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

We came in town for the 30a Songwriters Festival. This was the perfect location for us. Not too far from all the great venues. All the amenities you could need. We especially loved the ability to relax in a nice hot tub at the end and beginning of our days! Definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Can't say enough good things. Love the dirt roads of Old Seagrove and just a short stroll/bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. House style I'd describe as Modern Cottage because the house is loaded with so many cool, new, modern appliances and features like high countertops and huge porch swing. The small pool was great to soak in each day. Shower pressure is awesome. Clean. Roku Tvs in all rooms. Back porch was great to work on my laptop. Would definitely stay here again. I wish we had spent more time here. We came for a wedding and were out of the house most of the time. I can’t wait to come back and actually get to enjoy the massive sofa swing on the back deck and take a swim in the pool.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay! The house was so clean, in a great neighborhood, and SO convenient to the beach and Publix and Seaside! Our hostess was a wonderful communicator and we had no issues at all. Would 10/10 recommend this house!

This home was perfect for our family. At the top of our list for each vacation home we rent, more THAN anything else, is the cleanliness of the property. This home exceeded our expectations in that area. Upon entering, it smelled very fresh and new. The house was beautifully decorated, and every room was completely stocked with everything you would need - and I do mean everything. You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into what families would need to ensure their vacations went smooth. Both the front and back porches were beautiful - be sure to take the time to sit on them to enjoy the cozy street the home sits on. My teens loved the small pool, it was the perfect size for our family of four! It is in a great area - close to Publix, great restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet, but still remarkably close to all the exciting things 30A has to offer. The owner Cyndi was very nice and responsive to our booking request. Looking forward to booking with her again in the future. If you are looking for a clean and beautiful home to stay in on your next 30A visit, DO NOT WAIT, book this home ASAP. It will not disappoint!

This property is gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything you need for a perfect getaway with family or friends. We cook alot and the kitchen is very well stocked and the appliances are definitely an upgrade from the usual rental. We walked to several of the beaches and the marketplace easily and the beaches were busy but not crowded at all. T’s is excellent for fresh seafood on your way in town! The bed swing on the screened in porch was our favorite place for coffee. Owner’s were helpful and available when needed. Absolutely perfect location and property on 30A. We will definitely be back to this cottage hopefully very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Cyndi was great to work with as well. The property's decor, furnishings and amenities were top shelf. We loved relaxing on the back screened in porch and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out around the cocktail pool area as well. The location was perfect as well, as it was close to everything but just far away from all the crowds. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely rent again if we get the opportunity.
