4 Mi to Dtwn! Fort Worth Cottage w/ Shared Pool

Amazing property and hosts. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the pool and gardens so peaceful and relaxing. The hosts Stan and Michael and host dog Okie could not be more gracious and accommodating and will definitely stay there again the next time in town.

We had an excellent time during our stay! The property is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. It is very close to Magnolia Avenue, which has many options for food. Having access to the pool was a wonderful bonus to cool off in the evenings. Even though the Stan and Michael were away, they checked in with us several times to ensure we had everything we needed and to offer recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing trip to Fort Worth with our daughter for her high school graduation celebration. Our housing accommodation made a great trip even more amazing. Not only was the property clean and accurate from it’s online description, but it’s beautiful property and grounds made our trip even more enjoyable. We were able to relax in the yard with a beautiful pool, quaint greenhouse, and picturesque landscaping. We took walks throughout the surrounding neighborhood to enjoy the historical homes and ate at local pizzerias and Mexican restaurants that we were able to walk to. What made the trip extra special were the hosts, Stan and Michael, who were not only extremely knowledgeable of the area (making great local recommendations for places to visit and food to eat), but also so friendly and wonderful to chat with. I would return to Fort Worth just to stay at this beautiful and accommodating VRBO.

We wanted to get away without leaving our city and this sweet little cottage delivered. It was cozy, charming, and peaceful. The host was kind and gracious. Just what we needed.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in the cottage! The hospitality we received from the owners was much appreciated. The cottage is incredibly charming with lovely details throughout. The upstairs bed was very comfortable and our teen enjoyed his large pull-out bed downstairs. The AC was a godsend when November gave us 85 degree weather! The main house and yard are absolutely stunning! It was so peaceful sitting in the back and dipping our feet in the pool. We highly recommend this spot and plan to return!

My wife and I enjoy the quiet cottage environment and the incredible hospitality of the hosts. We stay here every opportunity we get.

The place was beautiful! Stan and Michael were great hosts! It was in a beautiful historic neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool, especially my 9 year old. If we ever come back to Fort Worth, we will definitely stay here again.

Stan and Michael are nothing short of amazing! This historic property is so private and SO stunningly beautiful. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here! The four of us were comfortable and enjoyed all the extras Stan and Michael provided! They surprised us with breakfast multiple times, made sure we had everything we needed, and allowed us to play with sweet Okie. I would give them 100 stars if I was allowed. Enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was the perfect size for our party of 3. We enjoyed the pool and the landscape every day. Communication with the manager was great and was able to answer questions quickly. My only complaint or suggestion is that the pillows upstairs be replaced and maybe have more pillow options for those that like a softer pillow. That would not keep me from staying there again though because this place is great.

This place was totally off the chain. I have stayed at plenty of places around the country, but I have never enjoyed one as much as I did this one. The friendliness of the owner's was beyond compare. The history of the property and the knowledge of the owner was just totally unbelievable. Stan, you really brought this place to life for us..... i totally recommend this place without any hesitation. I can't wait to book it again.
