Stayed Jan 1, 1Property has almost all you need for a comfy holiday. Particularly liked the extra shower/loo facilities. Great location for walks on Bembridge beaches. Would prefer not to bring our own linen & towels. Needs a smart tv. Could live without the pond.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had the most wonderful family holiday at brooks close. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing break. The house well equipped, clean and tidy. This is brilliant value for money and in superb location. We loved walking down to the beach and going swimming if tide in or crabbing at low tide. Cooked some nice meals in the large kitchen . Enjoyed relaxing in garden. Plenty of room for children to have their own space on holiday too. Can't wait to book again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The house is way too out dated. Needs a complete modernisation. Single beds way too low and uncomfortable. Crockery and cutlery not upto a good standard. Blind in smaller bedroom held up with a peg, not good enough!!! Washing machine bearings have gone so noisey

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the second time staying at this holiday home . It has everything a family of five needs and is very spacious. Close to the beach, shop and local pubs . Everything was clean and welcoming . Island holiday homes are very helpful and I would recommend using them to book your holiday .

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location of the house was OK in a quiet cul-de-sac but the inside of the house and furnishings really needed a lot of upgrading. It was nice to have all the facilities of a modern home and that did make life easier. However, having mainly no carpets, just light rugs on the floorboards is a terrible hazard, especially to older people or children, as these rugs had nothing to prevent them from slipping. Floorboards downstairs and paintwork everywhere were definitely in need of attention - very scuffed and the double duvet looked as though it had never been washed. Altogether not good value for money. Took the guilt off an otherwise lovely short break.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Property is in need of updating. Single beds not appropriate for elderly people they are to low to the floor. Kitchen ceiling appears to be in need of urgent attention. Crockery & glasses not clean. Still enjoyed our time at this location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My 4th time staying here, was good to experience it out of the summer season. Everything I needed, warm and cosy. Great service from company too.
