Commodious property with washing machine and dishwasher, but needs improvement to justify the expense of renting it. The two bathrooms need to ripped out and replaced with brand new fixtures and fittings; more hot water pressure is required for the upper hot water shower so it doesn't cut out when dishwasher kicks in: the mattresses need to be renewed with better quality ones that don't give the sleepers backache: more attention to detail with the kitchen utensils, e.g. more knives and forks , and a tin opener that works. We had a great holiday, nonetheless , and the location and view out of the window is wonderful, neighbouring Morab Gardens are fantastic, but we won't be returning because it was too expensive for what it is.

Have stayed in this property many times over the past 15 years with the same group of people. Very little changes to the property/furniture which isn't an issue other than the mattresses. These are definitely all in need of changing! We said the same three years ago when we last stayed and so were disappointed to find this hadn't been addressed.
