3 couples stayed for new year. Worked perfectly. En-suites do not have toilets, as stated, but not a massive issue, as 2 other toilets available.

We had an excellent week at Chestney House, helped by fab weather for our week. We had no issues whilst we were there. This was a family holiday for six adults and two babies and the accommodation provided everything we needed for us all. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining room and the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and two of the bed rooms had sea views. I suppose if occupants are all travelling separately the only issue is the parking, there is only room for one car at the rear of the property, via the owner we bought a couple of two week parking permits for the area which meant we could park across the road which made life easier and we were able to use this permit in Kings Lynn when we visited. The house is a very short walk to the shops and seafront, but does not suffer from noise. So I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and whilst we had no problems the owner is very approachable and available should you have any issues.

This was a great place for a family holiday. The place was clean and well equipped when we arrived. The location was excellent and Hunstanton has everything for a young family our grandchildren are 10, 4, 4 and 6. Tv and WiFi worked well and the seperate dining room and lounge worked really well. There were good toys and games available. A joy for me was that there was a great deal to do and good shops within walking distance. The separate loo and bathrooms was great with8 of us. The only slight disappointment was the lack of a dishwashers. Hand washing dishes for 8 is time consuming. The washing machine was a great help. Anyone booking should be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb as the apartment is in a four storey building and occupies the top 3 floors. We had a great time and have already recommended it to friends one of whom has already made enquiries for next year

The cottage suited our family well. Plenty of room, well kept and clean. Decoration was appropriate. Well equipped. Taps were stiff so the children could not turn them off. Kitchen space was perfect for 1 but was brilliantly equipped. All amusements were easily reached.

This is a beautiful property , very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The welcome package was so thoughtful. The toys were appreciated by my grandson and we were inspired to buy our own wooden train set. The location of the property is excellent for the beach, aquarium, shops and dog park. I completely recommend Chestney House

This property has such a good feeling to it. The space works so well, we were a group of 6 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 toddler and 1 springer spaniel and felt very comfy in the house. The hosts were incredibly helpful in the lead up to our holiday with our questions and requests. The location is fantastic and would 100% recommend this property.
