The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and an adult-bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture and an enclosed side garden with lawn and a bench, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub and please note two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 3 Penllan Cottages is a peaceful dwelling, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of North Wales.
