Great experience and location.

I have stayed in Breakwater Village many times, and this is my first in the Cottage, and will most likely not be the last. Great newer cottage, love the large kitchen, with plenty of counter space, and a great place for seating at the island. It is an easy cottage to straighten up, when leaving. Takes no time to clean. Great location, super quick walk to the beach.

The property has recently been renovated and furnished with modern appliances, along with tasteful decoration. I reserved this residence for my daughter's graduation from URI. It is situated in a convenient location just minutes from various amenities. Additionally, it is situated adjacent to a scenic beach area. The host maintained consistent communication and ensured that our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable.

Stayed in early October with family of 4. Very short walk to the beach. We had it to ourselves. The house was very clean and owner was very responsive. Really a great trip and would definitely stay again.

The property is just as described, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The second bedroom top bunk does have low clearance with the ceiling slope, our 11 yr old was fine but our older son or an adult may have difficulty getting into it. Overall we were very happy with our stay. My husband and kids all stated that we would like to return again if the opportunity to travel to the area again occurs.

We had a great time at Steve’s place. His communication was excellent. The neighborhood beach is an easy walk and has a beautiful sandy bottom. Don’t miss crab cakes at Aunt Carries.

This house is located in a little beach community that we loved. 3 minute walk to a private beach waving to neighbors along the way. From the minute I booked Steve was awesome. Communication was great and he made this enjoyable. The house has a great deck and is updated inside. Restaurants and Ice cream within walking distance and 30 min to Newport. Plenty of room for my wife, myself and our 1 year old. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is exceptional!! It is well stocked for any of your needs, extraordinarily clean, and exactly as described in quiet private community by the beach. Our family of 4, including two teenagers was very comfortable. The owner had fantastic communication! Highly recommend!!

Steve was super easy to work with- adorable home in a great location! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The open floor plan is wonderful. Perfect for a couple. Great location. Host was amazing!!! House was clean and has amazing view.
