Stayed Jun 10, 2025Our stay was everything we thought it would be. The area is quiet and tucked away from Troutman but close enough to everything needed. The amenities were nice but we had a short stay so didn’t get to use them.

Stayed May 26, 2024Neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. It was convenient that the owner has a private boat ramp for to use. If you take a boat; you may want to inquire about the ramp, because it is in need of some repair, so if you're planning to launch a large boat, it may take some finesse to do so. However for my and my brothers bass boats the ramp was sufficient.

They are very kind people which made our stay more pleasant knowing we were dealing with great people.
