3 Bedroom Cottage just steps to Private Beach! Pet Friendly!

The area was beautiful! We went mid August and the neighborhood had gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere. The beach area was private and so relaxing. Our pup loved exploring the doggy beach. Good area for restaurants too… we really enjoyed Turk’s!

Just got back home from a week at this Mattapoisett beach cottage, we had a great time. The house had everything we needed for a quiet week at the beach and the neighborhood is perfect - good sized private beach, separate dog-friendly beach area, quiet roads for kids to ride bikes or to walk our dog, and close to anything we needed. We've made this beach house part of our summer plans for the past 5 years and always enjoy our time there.

This is a very nice stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is cozy. It had everything we needed to enjoy the space and the beach. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. The local restaurants didnt look like much driving by but they were hidden gems!

This cottage is well cared for and a nice base for my activities kayaking and biking in the area. It's convenient for dog walking out the door or closeby to other dog walking properties. It's a dog firendly neighborhood. Carly and Matthew are attentive and considerate hosts.

Could have just packed clothes and been fine, it had everything you could possibly need. Wonderful neighborhood. First time in Mattapoisett, very calm and quiet, loved it.

We really didn’t know much about Brandt Beach and Mattapoisett going into this trip and by Tuesday we were making plans for next year. This neighborhood is so friendly and quiet. The small beach is a delight! Calm and peaceful in the morning and hardly ever crowded. The house was so well stocked and had everything you needed and more! We were there the week of the 4th and were invited to participate in the parade and potluck which was so wonderful! I hope to vacation here again soon!

What a wonderful seaside cottage. We had a great stay in this tastefully decorated cottage that is perfect for a small family. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Marion/Mattapoisett/Fairhaven area. My favorite VRBO in the area.

The house was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children and their partners. We loved how the house had ample room for all of us to cook together, whether it was inside on one of our rainy days or outside on the grill. We loved the arrangement of having 3 sofas so that all three couples could hang out together and relax. We all had the chance to catch up on sleep in comfortable beds on a rainy day and then to explore the area in Mattapoisett when it was sunny. The nearby beach was beautiful and being by the ocean on the beach was so relaxing. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with friendly neighbors waving hello when we took walks. Our group made use of nearby first class restaurants and the nature areas nearby.

We had an awesome time at the cottage. It’s a quick walk to the neighborhood beach that is very clean. Beautiful area and the neighbors always smiled and waved as we went by. The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed and more and was clean. We only had to buy food- all soaps and supplies were provided which was nice. The owners Matt and Carly were very responsive and friendly and gave us some great recommendations for food (Turk’s is a must!) and activities.

We had a very nice time at Carly and Matt's cottage. The location is great!...just steps from the beach. Carly was super responsive when we had questions, and also accomodating us with a last minute shift in dates when I got sick. And our pup enjoyed the yard and deck as well.

It was a perfect location for my biking and kayaking activities and for dog walks. The nighborhood is quiet and dog friendly. The house was nicely set up with space for a dog bed and feeding area. It was easy to get acclimated and start the fun of summer vacation. Thank you!
