Stayed Dec 27, 2024Booked this property, received confirmation and then no communication. Had to follow up with booking agent for information on how to access the property. Then received a cancellation notice the day I was about to travel with 3 young children. No apology, no explanation, no follow up to offer assistance finding an alternative. Skipton is a wonderful town, but I would avoid this property as they obviously have no care or consideration for their customers

Stayed Dec 18, 2025Lovely stay in Skipton. Cottage is in a perfect location, just off the High Street. Really good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore. The Woolly Sheep was nice for a drink and delicious food at the Railway. Accommodation was lovely, welcome basket was a nice touch.Only things missing for us was dishcloths for the kitchen and bathroom and squeegee to clean the shower.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Excellent location, despite being so central was really quiet. Property was spacious and well layed out, beds extremely comfy and lovely to find basket of snacks and fresh milk.Only complaints is could really do with new set of pans and new toilet seats but otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Stayed Apr 20, 2025Arrived, parked up to unload found key all without major issues. Note accomodation is found literally up the side of the Wetherspoons pub! Everything was as described and was very clean and organised with most things you would want. I did note a lack of cooking utensils but this wasn't an issue for us as we ate out Little touches in the fridge and snacks were very appreciated, also the additional toiletries. The property is just around the corner from the High street with plenty of pubs restaurants and shops and approximately 10 minutes walk from the canal and castle so very central, as was it's proximity to overnight parking.Overall we were very impressed and would stay here again

Stayed Nov 24, 2024we have two disabled people in our party and this property is not suited to this class of people owing to the limitations of parking all around the premises as this is not in easy walking distance also please note you cannot park in the public local car parks owing to the councils restrictions for overnight parking : car parking charges limited to 4hrs and no overnight parking limitations. We didn't know this until we arrived at the house. There is off street parking around 0.5 mile but it is full of people who live and work in Skipton so very difficult to find any space. These comments are a true account of the terrible parking around Skipton if you are disabled and we feel that the comments made by the host company were discriminatory against OAP & Disabled people and comments like You should have checked first we are not impressed by the sort of statement. Otherwise the property is of a high standard.
