Only a 20 minute walk along the Lade Braes into the heart of historic St Andrews, or up to Craigtoun Park and the Dukes golf course. Shopping, eating places and the Byre theatre in St Andrews; also of course, the six town golf courses. Shop and pub 1 mile.

    This home is spacious, well-equipped and convenient to many amenities. It is close to the beautiful town of St. Andrews, and yet it is nestled in the midst of nature.     Nice enough house, big living space with comfy furnishings, however, beds were very very firm and we all found them very uncomfortable, also the plumbing isn't great, the toilets were consistently reluctant to flush properly first time. Needs some modernisation really, and a bigger TV. Good location with regular buses in to St Andrews or easy 30min walk. Like I said, nice enough but I wouldn't book it again.

    The house is a spacious, well equiped 3 bedroom house with off road parking located at the end of a quiet road on the outskirts of St Andrews, but as St Andrews is not a big place it is literally a 5 minute drive to the town centre. There is a path behind the house that follows a stream all the way to town which takes just over half an hour and is a really nice walk into the historic centre. The owner is very helpful and accomodating. Just one thing to note that the house has 2 bathrooms, not 3 as in the description.

    Cozy but spacious home away from home. The owners are very nice and ready to help or answer any questions. There is a very cute creek and trail behind the house. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.
