Lovely position in a cul de sac overlooking the bay and Ferry port.Short walk to the Co-op and the town centre. Clive Rd does have a short steep section just before the cul de sac.Very spacious inside with a good sized living room, kitchen/diner, and a conservatory.

Lovely property in a quiet cul de sac. Views over a large school field with Goodwick Fishguard and the sea beyond. Short walk down hill to Fishguard centre. There is a short steep section of road on the way home. All rooms are a good size. Easy parking, and a fully equipped laundry room, if you need to wash.

A well presented, comfortable and well equipped property in a good location with open views to the bay across playing fields to the rear. Weather was pretty atrocious at times during our visit and the bungalow was a welcome retreat with plenty of room for the five of us. Welcome pack was a nice and unexpected bonus. Good and prompt communication with the owner.
