Stayed Jan 21, 2026We had a great stay at spinnakers. It is a lovely place with everything you need and very comfortable. It is in a great location to explore Falmouth and the whole of Cornwall.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025What a great place ! Perfectly situated for the main areas of interest in Falmouth - 2 minutes walk from the National Maritime Museum and 5 minutes from Custom House Pier. It is very secure within a gated community. There is space to park one car on the driveway. The house is modern and comfortable (especially the beds), with an outdoor area at the back where you are right by the marina and can sit and watch the boats. All expected amenities are there, including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a utility room which is very warm and can be used as a drying room. There is a washing machine - it is very difficult to work out how to open the loading door, but we worked it out in the end.The only things I could think that weren’t perfect is that the floorboards on the upper floor are very squeaky, which can be distracting if someone is sitting at leisure in the lounge. But it’s a very minor point - we loved it, and it was very inexpensive too.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023Lovely house, spotlessly clean, very spacious. A very comfortable bed and great en suite. Great views of the marina. We had a very relaxing time.
