We had a wonderful week in Southwold and the cottage is beautiful, very comfortable with everything we could need. So clean and welcoming - Lloyd family

The welcoming lounge beckons upon entry, furnished with plush sofas and a comforting wood burner, perfect for cooler evenings – complemented by a Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen/diner, featuring bespoke hand-painted cabinets, provides a comprehensive range of amenities, including an island and a large table for family meals. A discreet cupboard conceals a washing machine, while a shower room ensures you stay refreshed. The first floor unveils a generously sized king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Additionally, there's a twin bedroom and a separate WC for added convenience. On the second floor, discover a charming loft-style room featuring a king-size bed. Step outside through the double French doors and into the courtyard, which boasts a gas BBQ, an outdoor kitchen with a sink, and an oak bar with bar stools, creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Bench seating and a delightful decking area with a bistro set make it an ideal spot for soaking up the sun. There’s also a heated outbuilding equipped with a large Smart TV, a linen floor sofa, and yoga mats.


Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Southwold, with its famed high street and enticing dining options that invite you to immerse yourself in the local culture. Walk the iconic Southwold Pier or take leisurely strolls along the sandy beach. Delve into the secrets behind the renowned beers and spirits at the Adnams Brewery (0.5 miles) or, during the summer, take a foot ferry ride to Walberswick from the nearby harbour (1 mile).
