This reverse-level home features a light-filled, open-plan living space on the first floor, thoughtfully designed to maximize the breathtaking views over the adjacent nature reserve and Broad Haven Beach. The lounge area has two comfortableleather sofas and an inviting armchair, complete with a Smart TV and a selection of books and board games. French doors lead to your private balcony with a glass balustrade and a bistro set, and the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas provide everything you need to make meal times a breeze. A 200-metre stroll leads you to the village’s conveniences, including a shop, pub, beachfront cafes, bars, and restaurants. Ideally situated within the Pembrokeshire National Park, nature enthusiasts will relish the opportunity for coastal walks right from the front door. At low tide, take a picturesque stroll to nearby Little Haven, less than a mile away, or venture north along the coast to discover the stunning surfing paradise of Newgale (8 miles). Explore the art galleries and picturesque harbour of Solva (12 miles) or visit Britain’s smallest city, St Davids, and its magnificent Cathedral (15 miles). The town of Haverfordwest, with its farmers’ market, supermarkets, and shops, is 6 miles from home.
