Beautiful location right on the beach. The neighborhood is a private freindly community. The rooms are clean and bright with a nice breeze coming off the ocean. The rental process was simple.Good communication with the host.

Excellent view and beach access. The place is a little smaller than i though. But it was clean. Had a good time. Would go back.Now I know what to expect.

The photo forThe rental is misleading. The house is not for rent. The tiny condos in the back of the main house are the rentals. This should be very clear and the picture should be changed to show the condo not be main house. We were disappointed upon arrival. The condo rental is very small. Parking is extremely tight. Overall we had a good trip. Direct access to the beach is a plus. You’re paying for beachfront. We rent often in Old Lyme and love the little neighborhoods of old colony, hawks nest and Miami Beach. This condo should not be advertised as the main house rental.

Noemi we just loved your rental! Beautiful view! Gorgeous beach. Immaculate. Great shower and toilet. Any problems were taken care of immediately. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

We stayed for a long weekend to start our summer off. The kids loved playing on the beach and riding their bikes around the community.

The property is clean and well cared for. I initially did not realize the description stated linens were not included. I contacted the owner as I re-read the listing and discovered it did in fact state towels and linens were not included. The owner let me know that not including linens/towels kept the price lower and that she could include them for an additional fee. We made the adjustment on our side. The property is as the pictures showed. Modern, clean, and in an amazing location. We would rent this property again.

The place was gorgeous - a full wall of windows looks out onto the beach. Walk right down the steps and onto the sand. Lots of good food nearby or stay in and cook for yourself. Host is super helpful.Note- you’ll need to pack your own sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Thank you, Noemi.

Loved this place! Right on the beach, and within walking distance to a good restaurant. New construction, very comfortable, clean, and modern. We were in unit 11A, on the 'first' floor. Perfect for a week(end) getaway for two. Each room has its own thermostat, so you only heat/cool the rooms you need to. Single bathroom with very good shower. Nice kitchen, cozy eating area, comfy couch & beds. Good view of the water.Terrific hostess! Easy to contact, very friendly, super responsive (had the broken Keurig replaced within an hour or two!). It's obvious she wants her guests to enjoy their visit.So nice to just walk out the door and be on the beach, even in chilly April. Found a few beach treasures, met lots of nice people, and mostly just relaxed. We'll be back, maybe when the weather warms up!

No closet space within rental. Contacted owner about water temperature wasn’t getting hot for shower, never had it adjusted. No privacy on widows facing neighbors house. Location was extraordinary beautiful on the beach.

The beachfront location is amazing. The unit is small but perfect for a couple, and you can't beat the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and the moonlight dancing on the water at night.

Fantastic location on the beach. In the pictures, the unit is actually toward the back not the larger in the front. The property is modern and very clean. Also, the outdoor shower is nice but open so swimsuit is needed and it can be awkward if people from the other unit (or even the beach) are watching you shower…. The unit also has minimal hanging space for swimsuits and towels. Overall a great visit though!

The location was wonderful. Beach was fantastic! Great views. Wish there had been a bit more areas to hang clothes and maybe some shelving in the bathroom. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

This new modern home is located right on the beach. It was small and cozy with enough space for a family of four. We would definitely stay here in the future. We enjoyed the views and the ability to just walk the beach in the morning. The beach is cleaned everyday and there are restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance. The owner was great and she responded to all questions or concerns immediately. Highly recommend.
