Family and dog friendly! New updated property. Thoughtful hosts have everything you need and available to assist. It’s your home away from home. Bike or walk to downtown for great restaurants, cook a meal or grill out. I enjoyed daily bike rides on the trail with the bike provided! Railyard Park is fun for the kids. Our family of five plus our puppy enjoyed our stay at The Cottage- modern cute decor, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, everything is new. Great location to explore Rogers, Bentonville or nearby attractions. Older and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful place for couples, families and even your fur baby!

The location was perfect for our visit. Our son loved that he could jump on the path that led to the Railyard. The place is an oasis of comfort with everything we needed. Very cean and tastefully decorated.

The cupboard where the garbage can is sticky and very dirty. No Kleenex very little coffee and creamer for the first night. Beds were comfortable.

When I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. The home was exceptionally clean and well appointed. I felt safe. It's location is close enough to walk downtown. Beth and Greg are very nice and responded to my question quickly.

Very clean, cute, and quant and right on the greenway. Perfect if your looking to ride/walk the trail. Heated toilet seat was a nice touch! We will be coming back to this one!

This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. We had to communicate with the owner and they were very helpful and polite.

Great cottage just blocks off the historic downtown area. Easy access to Beaver Lake and Hobbs Park.

The little cottage is very cute & they have it well maintained & very clean. The communication from the owners was very clear & made the check in extremely easy. Our only complaint would be that the area is really noisy in the mornings and the cottage walls are not well insulated for the amount of sound coming through, so sleeping in is not really a thing in there. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, the cottage well stocked & the decor is darling! Overall I would probably still stay there again!

We found the property easy to locate and easy to access upon arrival. The home has been nicely updated and furnished with beautiful and comfortable indoor spaces as well as a private outdoor patio. My young kids loved the bunkbeds and also the bike trail right out the door. We enjoyed amazing restaurants and parks in downtown Rogers and were only a 15 to 20 minute drive from all of our favorite places in NWA.

This is a cute cottage that I would highly recommend if you are staying in the Rogers area. There were three of us that stayed, but you could easily have 4-5. It is just as described and very clean. Checkout instructions are very easy. We brought our own coffee, but there was a Keurig with coffe, creamer and sweetener if needed. It is located just one block off of the cute downtown area. I would definitely stay again if I am back in that area!
