Stayed Jul 17, 2025Home itself was great. Listing was accurate. However the fire pit had no propane and unfortunately unuseable. The grill was very dirty and also had next to no propane. There was no directions on how to address refilling empty tanks and no one responded to our question. The house could use more utensils and an operational can opener. Overall as a family we would definitely recommend this rental but urge you to address the lack of porpane to advertised ammenities

Stayed Dec 31, 1969One liner.. awesome ...We family of 4 with kids really enjoyed this house....4 perfect bedrooms with amenities and 2 game rooms and one specific for kids...?...along with the great kitchen and hall combinations and a cure backyard with hottub...Wow..??..A highly recommend place for others to come...we simply loved this place...thanks to you for preparing the home over the weekend for us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was very nice and updated! Everything was perfect for the family. Juana the agent was very nice and made sure we was good! The kids enjoyed the game room! I definitely recommend staying here! We will be back!

Stayed Jun 24, 2022If you’re thinking about getting this house, do it ! Everything is new and modern. There’s so much to do with two game rooms and the outdoor patio. The house also has a bunch of little things that we forgot like pots, utensils, cups and a coffee maker. I’ve been going on trips to the poconos for years and this is by far one of the nicest houses I’ve stayed in.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great house to stay in while getting away from the city. The surrounding quietude put me right at ease. The house itself was spacious for my family. Clean. The hottub was was super relaxing, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Most importantly, Juana is a great and responsive host. The guest contact, Marta, was also a pleasure. They were attentive and helpful. I recommend KAS Cottage for your stay in the Poconos.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had Such a great time here! The are a lot of games to play as well as a grill and hot tub to enjoy in the patio. The house is so beautiful and clean and has all the random things you might forgot when you go on a trip. If you’re considering booking this house I promise you’ll have a great time. The owners are very helpful and available through call or text in case you have any issues.
