The property was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our 3 day visit. Howard was an excellent host! It is an easy 5min walk down to the closest public beach, and you can walk along the beach to other public access spots too (some areas are private and discourage you setting up your blanket/umbrella because the beach is part of private property). Thank's Howard!!

Great house and location. We loved our stay!

The cottage is very cute - it was perfect for our weekend getaway. Location was great - a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Red Arrow and Main Street for restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Took a trip to Warren Dune State Park - that’s one serious climb!

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults, our dog and my toddler. My son is about 2 and we were able to use Howard’s crib and he was very comfy in it and slept the whole night no problem! There were plenty of books and toys too that my son loved to look at. The house has everything you could need and we loved the proximity to the beach and how walkable everything was. Laundry on-site, the grill and enclosed patio was amazing too. We would love to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage was incredibly well stocked, clean, and left us extremely impressed. We particularly enjoyed hosting our extended family on the large patio. Howard was an excellent host and very attentive to inquiries and was available during and after our stay.

This is a lovely summer cottage in a great location -- close to the beach and restaurants. Howard, the owner, was there when we arrived and showed us around.

I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough! I will return myself to this property. The cottage is immaculate, so incredibly clean. The interior and exterior space is so comfortable and charming. The cottage is very spacious and is so well appointed. Howard has thought of everything for your stay. There are 30 + windows in this home letting in so much light and breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful with just a short walk to the beach. Howard has a wagon, beach chairs, towels umbrella, etc all waiting for you. Staying at this property could not have been easier. This property would be great for couples traveling together or a family. There is a large dining room indoors and a nice outdoor area for dining and lounging as well. The cottage is pet friendly which is a huge plus as well. I cannot wait to return. If you are looking to stay in Union Pier, look no further. This cottage is a lovely and incredibly comfortable place to stay.

This is a perfectly relaxing house a short walk to a wonderful sandy beach. Everything you need. The two bedroom and bathroom areas are separate from each other for nice privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet. We plan to return for our third stay.
