This cottage stands alone as part of a 4 cottage compound. Summer weekly rentals run from Saturday 3PM to following Saturday 11AM. The layout provides for the perfect setting for family reunions – providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages. (Get together but still have your space!!)
Winter rental also possible each year which run mid October thru May.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. You can't beat the location and it was perfect for a family of 3. Short walking distance to the south shore road beaches and short drives to great restaurants and activities. The grounds and pavilion were lovely. My only issue was that there is no storage space in the kitchen to keep food for your stay (no cabinet space). Would book again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2022Clean, comfortable house with all the amenities! Very short walk to multiple beaches, lovely yard and picnic table, outdoor shower! Covered community grill and firepit were so convenient. We would love to return!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021This was a great true to Cape Cod representation. It’s the prettiest landscaping on the block and beach is just down the street.
