Great place to stay

Spacious, open house with all the amenities and comfortable bed. We loved being surrounded by the woods, and the location was central for everything we had planned. The hosts were very communicative, and the check-in was easy. Definitely a place we'd stay at again when we're in the NW Arkansas area!

This is my 2nd stay here and I will continue staying here when I visit my daughter. The host/hostess was great both times and the place was clean and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on.

Cute cottage, very comfy and cozy. Two king beds are comfortable, but soft if you need a hard bed. This place was perfect for us, but we didn’t use the kitchen much, so I can’t really attest to the absence or presence of items you might need for that. Everything we needed was available, seems like the hosts have tried to think of everything. Pretty quiet, lots of wildlife around including deer, birds, squirrels, as well as some roosters and chickens across the road. I’d recommend!

Great neighborhood, perfect location in proximity to Rogers and Beaver Lake.

The property is beautiful, the cottage has all the amenities with a cozy , RELAXING atmosphere. Our hosts have thought of everything, we definitely appreciated all the thoughtful touches and would love to go back!

This place was awesome! We drove from Northern Wisconsin to Arkansas and after a 13 hour drive we were greeted with the lights on. Walked in and it was very clean and set up perfectly. So many little extras they provide to make it special... coffee, teas, creamers, spices, bathroom extras like razor, soap, face creams and wipes, games, records, marshmallows for the fire pit, mints on your bed, a few bottled waters in the frig, ice cubes in freezer, too many to think of them all. Hosts respond immediately to questions we had. They ozone between guests --- that alone to me gives them an A rating! Not afraid to sit on the furniture or touch anything ;) We will be back!!!

It's not right in town, but nearby to everything in Rogers and Bentonville - and we had a nice day trip to Eureka Springs too. Very clean unit with all the amenities. We didn't use most of the amenities and little thoughful things provided - but still nice that they were there, if neeeded. Really enjoyed that wooded neighborhood and the wildliffe. Would definitely stay in the same place again.

Place is nice. Feels like being in a cabin in the woods, but is still close enough to many attractions, including trails, restaurants, and breweries.

The property was very nice and quietly secluded just 10 minutes from downtown shopping and dining. Definitely a keeper for another get away.

Rogers has a lot going on, and the host has great recommendations for places to visit. It worked out really well for our family of four to stay while exploring the area.

This house was excellent. Very clean and cozy.. The feel of country living but close enough to the city for shopping and things to do.. I even had some chickens come pay a little visit..

Location was a good fit for our trip. Close to town but homes are spaced far enough apart to provide privacy. Hosts provided just about everything for convenience.

We had an amazing trip. The cottage was beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and large rooms. We had THE BEST sleep in the beds. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our time and there were lots of bonuses that you don't find at other rentals. The hosts were very responsive and offered great tips for our stay. We had one very minor problem during our stay and the host was quick to respond and fix the problem. We will definitely stay here again. Thank for a wonderful trip!

The only complaint I have is you need a handicap bar on the wall getting out of the bathtub for old people!!

We loved staying here! It was nice and quiet. Our 4 year old loved getting visits from the chickens :) This is a great place for kids due to the fire pit for roasting marshmallows, toys in the closet, and spacious living area. The house was super clean, and the beds were comfy. The neighborhood leading up to the property can get a little dicey (broken windows, etc), and the roads are very windy. We felt safe, but it’s worth noting!
