The cottage was beautifully restored to a high standard and in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city. There were a few issues with the housekeeping/servicing but I have since spoken to a representative who appreciated the observations and will use them to make the accommodation even better.

The property is in a fantastic location, it’s brining with character and has been done to an excellent standard. It would have been appreciated if they had flagged that it’s not suitable for toddlers though because it’s over three floors with no child gates and the stairs are absolutely perilous. It would not be suitable for older people or those with mobility issues who could otherwise take regular stairs for the same reason.

The cottage is beautiful, both inside and out. The location is perfect to explore Coventry, to stay out late in a pub and to take any bus. Communication and booking was seamless.
