The cottage was very clean and well equipped, cosy and warm and fairly quiet considering how central it is. It’s not a picturesque cottage or a picturesque location but it’s very convenient, particularly if you’re using public transport. There’s no outside space but we were out enjoying the area the whole time anyway. A good family base for exploring with everything you need to feel comfortable. Fantastic cottage, very well equipped with good quality furnishing and even crockery and glassware great. Very central location in walking distance of so much . Felt like home from home . Spotlessly clean which even more important this year . Only difficulty was parking very tight and on a slope, our difficulty was having big vans parked either side of us making it stressful . Fantastic property in a really good location. Quiet yet in a bustling town with off street parking albeit on a difficult slope. The cottage was homely and furnished extremely well. The only thing that the cottage needs is a garden space for the kids to play outside in.... however this is fairly difficult to achieve. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommended. Another wonderful visit to this cottage and we’ll be booking again next year. Only one small gripe, the broadband seemed very intermittent. I reckon this needs a check.

Great holiday cottage- have stayed here many times over the past few years. Ideal location, comfortable and just what we need!

The most important requirement we have is the cleanliness of the cottage and this cottage came up trumps. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, good shower and comfortable beds. The only slight criticism is that it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack. Dennis

Great holiday cottage. Bigger than I expected and very clean with everything we needed for 2 adults 2 young kids. Location great for shops and restaurants and walking up orrest head. Also very convenient for exploring surrounding area.
