Located on the Quay in Lower Fishguard, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coastline. St Davids is within easy reach. Yorke Villa is clean and spacious and is a credit to the owners who were very welcoming. At the rear of the property is raised patio / garden, which must be an incredible sun trap in the summer. We would recommend the Cafe on the Quay which is at the end of the Quay and Janes Cafe in Fishguard High Street for a light lunch. Although we stayed at Yorke Villa in October and the weather was a bit mixed, we had a great time and would not hesitate to go back again.

Brilliant cottage, great view to front. Could do with dishwasher, but apart from that, which you can do without anyway, it is a brilliant cottage 10/10.

Spotlessly clean. A real home from home. Welcomed by very friendly owners who explained how everything worked. Amazing location and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend to others although price higher than equivalent properties...paying for the location which can't really be criticised.

This is a lovely clean spacious cottage right on the quay in the Lower Town of Fishguard and the owners Bill and June are a lovely couple. It's wonderful to wake up to a fantastic view of the quay from the bedroom windows. There are very few amenities in the immediate area, the only ones are the Yacht Club that welcomes non members, a cafe for lunch on the quay and a pub. However there are a few shops and restaurants in Fishguard by walking up a steep hill, or of course access by car. There is no broadband at the cottage as some sites have stated. The coastal walks are wonderful and the whole area is very scenic. Everyone is very friendly and we were made to feel welcome. We would definitely recommend this cottage and are looking forward to going back soon.
