It retains some original beams and studding, with steepish stairs to quaint dormered bedrooms. It is good value holiday accommodation for couples and small families, with good walks and is about 25 minutes from Woodbridge and the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Broads and Constable Country are each an easy drive. Shop and pubs 2 miles.

Great base for exploring Suffolk, comfortable well equipped cottage with bags of character in the owners extensive grounds but completely private. Highly recommended, and good food, beer and ambience at the Swan Inn at Hoxne 1.5 miles away. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A lovely spacious cottage. I liked the idea of a separate dining room, it was lovely to sit and read in there. Lovely surroundings. Eye is a charming little town.

Super cottage have stayed here previously and it is a great spot for access to all that Suffolk has to offer. Lovely location very rural and peaceful for a relaxing holiday.
