West Dorset’s jewel in the crown, is the picturesque seaside resort of Lyme Regis, just a stones throw away, and is well worth a visit to enjoy the view, taking in its famous Cob, scene of the film ’The French Lieutenant’s Woman’, its lovely harbour, sandy beach and of course its quaint character shops. You can explore all along the Jurassic Coast visiting popular resorts such as Sidmouth, Seaton, West Bay, and Abbotsbury, and then on to Portland and Weymouth.
