We had a lovely week in The Hurstings. The accommodation was warm and light, and had everything we needed and more. It is in a lovely location with the watermill and tea room a few steps away. The tea room does great cakes and lunches, and the tour of the watermill is fascinating. The Hurstings is an excellent base for day trips to Ludlow, Ironbridge, Shrewsbury and Tewksbury. Bridgnorth itself is a lovely town. We would recommend the food at the Royle but you do need to book.

Great property, exactly as listed. Very quiet area, and we all slept so well. Seeing the steam train travel across the bridge is a delight in itself. Communications with property manager also very good and fast response.

It is a nice property and good location. Only issue for us was low sloping ceiling in en-suites. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A super cottage in a beautiful location - unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Good location for exploring the local area with footpaths along the river to Bridgnorth. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely holiday cottage near Bridgnorth. Everything you could need for a relaxing weeks break, DVDs, books, leaflets. The views are fab from the decking and we enjoyed watching steam trains go by. Visited Ludlow, amazed by how many old properties are in the town. Also went to Ironbridge, very touristy but nice. Drove to Shrewsbury and were pleasantly surprised by the town and had a good walk round there. Plenty of places to walk near Bridgnorth if you have a dog. Such a beautiful spot, and tucked away in the peace and quiet you find the hurstings. Anne the house owner was delightful and so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will be going back next year we loved it there.

Perfect for a week away. All mod cons and very comfortable. Lots of beautiful countryside nearby and Bridgnorth is a lovely town with lots of places to eat out. Would be happy to spend another week here sometime.

Lovely house, setting and owner, which is very dog friendly. Unfortunately we arrived just after the area had been flooded which spoiled a lot of the walks for us with our dog. Fully recommended
