Stayed Aug 4, 2025We enjoyed our stay especially the location. It was a short ride to the beach and close to mini golf and restaurants and Hannaford market. My grandchildren also liked the pool. On the negative side there was a pine tree that dripped on the stairs and railing leading into the cottage. Also it was on the lawn chairs and picnic table. Chip and Stacy tried to be helpful but it was a no win situation aside from getting rid of the tree. The sap was on our shoes and hands. We had an issue with the queen bed which we had to secure with cup covers. Also the floor was not level in the unit. All in all we still had a good time but would look elsewhere for a more up to date place to stay.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a wonderful stay as we always do. This was our 4th time and we highly recommend New Harbor View Cottages. We needed a new battery for the smoke detector…I texted Stacy and within 15 minutes she texted me back saying they would have it fixed shortly. Her husband came and fixed it and gave us a great recommendation for dinner - smoke - a delicious bbq joint about 5 miles down the road. Thank you both for another wonderful stay. We had a great time taking our dogs to the beach and eating great food!
