Situated on the southern tip of Swanage bay, The Haven is an exclusive, tranquil complex on the water's edge, built in the late 1980s overlooking the sea and with fantastic views across the bay to Old Harry Rocks.


Pier View is a lovely light and spacious maisonette arranged over three floors. Two great size double bedrooms are situated on the first floor, both benefiting from modern tiled en-suite bathrooms offering an element of privacy for couples holidaying together. A featureskylight floods the stairs with light which takes you up to the second floor. Here you will find the tastefully decorated living room, with a choice of two balconies to enjoy the far reaching views of Swanage Bay and overlooking the pier; The main balcony is accessed through large patio doors from the living room, here you can relax at the bistro style table and chairs and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the world go by. You can also open up the Juliette balcony into the side of the living room, offering another aspect and more stunning views of the bay. The beach is so close by, that guests staying at the Haven have direct access to the sea through a private gate at the complex.


Just on the other side of the room is the kitchen and dining area, with dining table for four people and a modern fitted kitchen complete with coffee machine and more far reaching views of the sea and cliffs beyond!


The location is just perfect for exploring, within a short walk you are in Swanage town, with a mix of independent cafés and restaurants along with gift shops and the heritage steam railway. Just up the hill a short walk away is Durlston Country Park, a perfect place to enjoy a picnic while soaking in the views of the chalky cliffs at Studland.
