1BR/1BA Design District Cottage - 8 Min drive from Downtown WPB

One of the best rental properties, I’ve ever stayed at! No complaints!

great communication with the host and easy duck in / out process, but overall very underwhelming. the place definitely needs some work, the bathroom fixtures were not the cleanest, the sink, mirror stand, and shower head were rusted. reached out to the host and said they would ensure their team cleans it better for the next stay, but nothing was taken care of or offered during my stay. i wanted to love it, but everything seemed very cheaply done. several of the plates were also chipped. i know this is a value property and by no means was i expecting luxury level amenities, but more than two (very cheap) bath towels for a 5 night stay, a kitchen sink that isn’t loose, and non-rusted fixtures in the bathroom does not sound like a tall ask in my opinion. would not stay again.

First there is a misrepresentation that this is a 1 bedroom. It’s not , it’s a studio. There were lamps that had no bulbs the kitchen faucet was not mounted to the counter . The final straw the refrigerator stoped working I was instructed to pull it out and unplug it and plug it back in I left early and reported these things to the owner and was ignored No response

The cottage was cute and clean. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant, but seldom accurate. Prior to booking I asked if beach chairs and towels were provided and was told yes, but upon arrival was told they actually weren’t provided and was referred to a rental company. Heating was listed as an amenity but there was only air conditioning and one thin blanket so we had to buy an extra blanket to get through a cold spell. The washing machine leaked. We were told it would be repaired the next day but it hadn’t been repaired before we left 3 days later. The putting green was very cute and looked like fun, but the putter was broken and although a replacement was promised it never arrived. We chose this rental based on the amenities promised and the excellent reviews, but throughout our weeklong stay we experienced one disappointment after another.

Overall solid stay. Would give 5 stars but had a little ant issue.

I've stayed here for over a month because how affordable it is an also for how comfortable it from the bed to the show to the kitchen its really a hidden gem.

My daughter is a student at PBA. While she finished with her finals and packing and moving out of her dorm I stayed in this perfect cottage. It had everything anyone could need.

Nice private driveway. Easy check in process. The cottage had all you need to function! Comfortable bed! Host communicates very well! Great location will definitely recommend! Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable, great Thai, Cuban and Italian food walkable. 10 uber ride to downtown.
